另外, 道理层面也是因该遵守的, 只遵守法律而违背道德也是不可取的.

这个题目是新题，但在本月jj里，至少出现了3次。 我开始看得时候，也只是感觉从权力和义务对等的关系来写。但总感觉不妥。

我搜到一点关于权利的：
