我不N，我只是乐于助人. 题目有一个词 generally superior to 也就是说作者做了一个概括，说之后的建筑没有以前的好。但是有可能90%以上的都已经危房改造了，剩下的都是经典四合院儿，拿过去的经典和现在的筒子楼比，自然看起来很美。概括一下，这个错误是比较对象不巨可比性。\

谢谢GG的解答，可是我认为题中并没有你所说的那种可能啊，我们也可以这样理解，1930年以前的HOTEL就是很好用啊，一直保持到现在，时间越长质量就越好啊，不就变成加强了嘛！

我觉得重要的还是那个general的概念。公平的比较应该是 把所有的过去的楼和现在的楼比较；但是D选项说的是把过去的好楼和现在的楼比较。这二者是不具可比性的。如你所说，过去的楼好所以留到现在，等于还是那好楼和现在的楼比。比如说过去的1000个房子只有一个好，所以留到了现在了。我们不能说这间房子比现在的房子好，所以过去的房子都比现在的房子好。没准儿那999个都是窝棚，拆了，木有了。。。
