在R国，几乎全部的人都可以得到最好的医疗资源；在T国，只有少数的人可以得到足够的医疗
R国大多数的疾病死亡率都低於T国；但是男性死於prostate cancer的比率却是T国低於R国

选解决这个paradox的选项

我选C 差劲的医疗资源并不会增加得到prostate cancer的机会

A:加大prardox
B:无关选项
D:加大prardox
E:无关选项(隐含有加大paradox的作用)

我觉得是E。因为题目的paradox是 R过医疗好，但是cancer死亡率高；e的解释是R虽然医疗好，但是那群得病的哥们儿不用，比较直面惨淡的死亡。C我觉得是好像是在给T找理由，也就是说T和R得癌症可能性是一样的，但是题目说的是死亡率，所以我觉得是无关选项。请多多指教

可我读E的句意觉得是说：
在R，没有受到医疗系统照顾的人比有受到的人死亡率更高
这样是不是就变成强化原句中原本R的死亡率应该要比T低的矛盾了
还是我对E的理解有误  花杰MM再麻烦解释一下了

仔细看了一下，咱看看B哈： Most men who have prostate cancer are older than the average life expectancy for male inhabitants of Terland.

也就是说呢，T的人在得病之前就都圆满了。所以的病率不高。呵呵，B比较靠谱儿。让四楼GG见笑了

我认为是B.

“解释矛盾”题型的一种常见选项：指出另有原因。“也就是说呢，T的人在得病之前就都圆满了。所以的病率不高。” （quoting 六楼）

意思大概是这样的，T的男的大约可以活到50岁就去世了，而R的男一般可以活到60岁以后，也就是说,T的男的去到50就会因为其它疾病死了，而不是死于P CANCER；而R的男的到60以后都没死于其它疾病，其它疾病都要不了他们的命，反而P CANCER成为了杀手。
        就是说如果医疗条件都一样的话，60岁以后可能癌症死亡率是一样的。解释了原因

虽然不会增加癌症，但也并不能说明为什么R的癌症死亡率高啊？最多就是2个国家都一样。
