Here comes the Newest Job Placement Report of BIMBA, and all the information was collected from 04 Full Time students who just graduated in Jan, 2006.

 This is not a public report but the one I asked from CDD department, and some parts of the original report were removed by request. I knew it was not a perfect one, so I said this was just for your reference from the beginning.

If you want to see the complete one, please ask from CDD department of BIMBA by yourself.

有些公司

其實intern比ft還難拿

以consulting firm來說，因為短project較少，很多時候summer intern幾乎是沒有缺的，所以很難拿

full time offer反而多些

以上是從某M7 MBA的朋友那聽過的事兒 拿出來分享一下

補充一下，換到德國又是另一回事兒了。德國有很多公司提供intern,從大學本科就可以看到很多人拿了大牛公司的intern卻佔不到full time offer.

INTERNSHIP难是因为很多人希望借此了解这个行业或者这个公司，等到几个月一过，发现自己不适合，就不考虑FULL TIME OFFER了，MC就是其中一种。至于很多人拿到INTERN，却拿不到FULL TIME OFFER，很可能是没有职位空缺（德国企业招人很谨慎）或者发现不合适。

至于北大imba的报告，确实很让人遗憾，但这不是第一个，也不是最后一个。mba的简历，HR和猎头通常看的都是：原来做什么的，现在想做什么，哪个学校毕业的，能给公司带来什么样的价值等等，很实际的东西。归根结底，post-MBA的发展，还是取决于pre-MBA的背景，商学院可以锦上添花，却很难雪中送炭。所以，职业报告既反映了学校CDC的能力，也看出来学生的素质和潜质，是短期综合效应的集中反映，呵呵。
