１２月考，１月交材料，一般就是学校的第三轮上了，申请３０以后的有希望吗？

不行的即使申请，没有分数过去，那也是放在那里。

收到分数的时候才算开始申请的。

The yield rate after rank 30 is quite low.  It's promising even you are in the last round in April. Enough preparation for GMAT is the first step. Retake must be 31 days later after the previous one, consider it carefully.
