准备向NYU寄supplemental materials，但是看到它的页面上写着这样： Supplemental Application Materials
Please print the online application checklist and include it with your supplemental materials, which should be submitted all at once in a single, large envelope. Mailed materials must be postmarked by the deadline. 我不清楚它这里的online application checklist 是指把以下的内容打印出来和辅助材料一起寄过去呢？还是什么？我觉得好像把以下内容打印出来，不太可能吧。。想请教申请过NYU，或者正在申请NYU的同志们？ Application Checklist
