又看了一遍解答，可能我对OG的理解有误，我看过的句子THAT都是关系从句的引导词，THAT前面不能加逗号，只有WHICH前面可以加逗号，在关系从句里THAT也都是代词，

请问您说的代词再做同位语，前面可以加逗号这种说法的根据是什么呢，还是不明白，别怪我追根究底哦。

又看了一遍你关于what的解释：你的意思是说to what had been a pre-Columbian form of ownership respected by the Spaniards这整个的说的都是communal ownership of land？？是这个意思吗？？？

对于that，可能LZ会觉得它引导限制性定语从句，限制性定语从句前面不能加逗号，

但是这里的that是做代词指代faction，没有所谓能不能加逗号的规定

举个大全的例子

117.  Bihar is India’s poorest state, with an annual per capita income of $111, lower than in the most impoverished countries of the world.

(A) lower than in

(B) lower than that of

(C) and lower than that of

(D) which is lower than in（B）

(E) which is lower than it is in

117的that起的就是代词指代an annual per capita income。
