偶也对A/B的区别比较模糊，但我做题时候最后还是选的B。现在在分析一下，还是觉得B对。就像ABCINDY说的，我觉得A的implausibility有点否定主体论述的意味，而B的existence of counter-examples比较合适，因为“—with the possible exceptions
of Malaysia and Thailand—“是插入语也就是说可以省略，那么它不应该影响作者的主体论述。

唉，好像还是不是特别清楚啊。本来觉得想得比较清楚了。呵呵。欢迎讨论：）
