Yes, you will get two degrees, both the Master of Business Administration degree from the Kellogg School of Management and the Master of Engineering Management degree from the Robert R. McCormich School of Engineering and Applied Science. You can see that the second degree is not a traditional engineering master. It's also about management. That's why you can get that degree without taking another two years. As to the course load, I'll say it's probably slightly heavier than the regular 2-Y program, but not that much difference. Compared with the regular 2-Y program, more students will get into consulting and fewer will get into finance. However, it's more because of self-selection. If you really want to go into IB, you can do it with the MMM program. Last year, a few MMM students got IB intern. It's really up to you as to where you want to go after two years at Kellogg. |
