我想的是，如果别的粮食多了，也许就不用进大米了
但是好像也不对，老百姓就是要吃大米，死活都要吃，那还得进口，

一开始我也是选E,

后来仔细理解以后发现E的真正意思是

“除了水稻以外，没有其他庄稼在国内的生产和需求中是平衡的了。”

这个意思只是描述了其他庄稼的状态，但是并没提到他们可以替代水稻，所以是不相关的。
