As a current PHD in OB, I think you have to demonstrate how your work experience is related with your research interest.By the way, within OB, there are many sub-concentrations too, such as HR,LEADERSHIP,LEARNING,NEGOTIATION etc.Which one interests you? Anyway, just try your best, nothing is impossible!!! Good luck then!
