关于这题， 偶选的D， 但答案为B，实在不解。

文章结论在于Book the use of products containing recycled materials in Calovia 起到 促进作用，我对比了下 B和E， E 提到了For many types of products listed in the book， 个人觉得这样更贴近结论。

相反，B选项多了个although their manufacturers and distributors do nothing to advertise those brands’ recycled content， 不清楚这句话的作用何在？

IN D, if all the brands availabe in Calovia use recycled materials, then the publication of the book would not help, because the publishing of the book is to help distinguish the brands containing recycled materials and brands not containing recycled materials. Therefore, D is wrong.

IN B, because the manufacturers and distributors do nothing to advertise those brand's recycled contents,buys may not know that these products can be recycled and hence do not recycle them at all.Publishing of the book would help buyers know the recycled contents of these products and start recycling them.

In E, only the propotions of recycled contents are different,people still recycle these products no matter what the propotions are. Therefore, B is better than E.

4楼好像对原题理解有些偏差。原题讲的是buyers are committed to buying products that contain recycled materials, 即只使用”利用了回收材料的“产品，而不是讲”可回收的“产品。

政府要出的书也是一本目录，that lists all "利用了回收材料的"产品，帮助消费者了解哪些产品“利用了回收材料”。B讲的就是这个目录实际上可以帮助很多从不做广告的厂家来做宣传。
