if C, there would be the same problem as A. "They" can only modified "obligations" but no  "rights".

Or we can treat "rights and obligations" as an idiom; thus will no misunderstanding.

its肯定不是指Ojibwa society而是resources，所以必然错。

its 為什麼不是指代前面 the Ojibwa society ？

另外发现一点 除了正确的A选项 in the distribution and consumption of those resources外 其它选项 都没有指定of those resources， 可以用这点删除其它选项吗？

its distribution and consumption 中的its假如理解为 SOCIETY,我认为是很蹩脚的英文,英文应该不会这样表达这种意思.
