可以請各位幫忙解釋一下為什麼II,III不對嗎

我覺得既然結論是推inefficient

就意味著應該有更多的人該被fire...

不知道我這樣想對不對呢

II肯定是不对的，因为原文并没有提到工人们LOAF是因为人员过盛，所以不一定要FIRE。

III的话，原文只是拿Civil Service employees的招聘举一个例子，只要是需要很多EFFORT的来解雇的工作都是会有这种LOAF的情况的。
