You may not know that our first business-competiton team now have arrived U.S, teammembers include Zonghui, Jane, Alice,Fredrik and two foreign students who are from Brazil and South Africa. This year we have 9 team to go out. Zonghui's competition is Wake Forest case competition. All of us put lots of effort to the preparation and hope can improve professionally and personally. I am quite sure when Zonghui come back he may have lots of story to share. 

But the negative effect is that Zonghui probably can not react to yours question as quickly as before.

Last year all the students from China mainland can get normal scholarship grant by the school. But refer to other scholarship like Jebson, I think the grade of G & T should over 700+ and 600+.

Hey, you asked the right person. These days I was just so crazy about the business plan competition.

So after the beginning fall semester, you can choose to take the elective course name case analysis. In this course you will learn how to structure the case competition presentation and learn the presentation skills. The course will give you 3-4 case from real competition to practice as group project. You will immediately find how good the students outside of China are and get a lot from their performance. At the end of the course will be a internal case competition and you can form the team to fight in it and this team will also be the one for the real competition. Then the team will choose the real competition base on the internal ranking.

This year all of the 9 teams will go out, 8 of them go to States and 1 will go to the Thailand for Asia Moot. The States' competitions includes USC Marshall consulting case competition and San Francisco business plan competiton, that are famous competition in the world. The Asia Moot in Thailand is the super bowl of the business plan competition in Asia, the team which I am in has passed the preliminary round and will go to the final round on late March. If we win the Asia Moot, we can go to the Moot competition in Texas Austin, which the final prize will be the real venture capital inject money into your project.

But one thing I must remind you is that, the preparation for case or business plan competition is very very hard. You should devote lots and lots of time and effort to them. And you also should keep the passion from the beginning to the end. Just think about that carefully before you putting a hand on them.

我现在正在进行第二轮的申请.有一个关于网上提交推荐人的小问题想向诸位请教一下.我在online页面填写了两个推荐人的信息和邮件地址后,并在option中选择了他们会在线提交.保存该页面之后我的推荐人是否就会收到邮件链接来完成此任务.因为我在申请其他U.S Bschool时,在填写完推荐人信息后,都有一个notification的按钮是用来向推荐人发送通知信息的.在科大的在线页面上没有找到此功能,是否意味着系统会自动发送.

redhot99,谢谢你的及时回复.只要关于reference的这个页面保存了,系统就会直接发的吧,不要等到整个online的申请提交吧(比如essay的完成等)?

No. refer to the instructions. the system will not deliver your reference request until you submit the whole online forms.
