答案是C, 为什么我觉得D也是对的？

原题的前提是，当test为inconclusive的时候，可能是truthful or untruthful，但有些人还是凭借inconclusive来判断。

D答案说，Test为untruthful的时候可能会错，题中没提到untruthful的时候是否错，只提到inconclusive的时候会truthful or untruthful，你能理解不。
