1. Combine the two conditions, you can know that there are 40% projects that have exactly 3 employees. The median is then 3.

2. % of employed females in the entire population: 64%-48%=16% => % of employed females in the employed population: 16%/64%*100%=25%.

还是不明白。。。 for statement 1, 假设25%的project被安排了4及以上的人，假设是4，5，6，7. 那么数列中所有可能被安排的人数是1，2，3，4，5，6， 那么median不就是应该是4了吗？
