Here are my suggestions

当你被理想的学校录取，并且挺想去的，建议你收到录取之后就跟同事及老板announce，我相信他们一定能理解，毕竟你announce的早，他们也能有更多的时间去找你的replacement，假如你申的是R2，那么4月份就应该有结果了，你跟老板说要7/8月去读书，老板还会有三个月的时间来找replacement，一般情况下，老板不会不通融的，即使background check，你去读书在公司也不是秘密了。

I think Chicago GSB is a one of best b-schools, especially those who want to focus in finance.

现在看来大家都是在主页上安排alumni interview

但是我想请问一下：chicago会不会允许telephone interview。如果有的话是在什么情况下－－安排的时间比较靠近interview deadline,所以没有available alumni吗?谢谢！

As I know, there are 14 people from mainland China who got fulltime offers in round 1. Have no idea about partime.

R1, 14? how many GSB are going to accept this year? according to fisrt page in this thread, only 13 were accepted last year. hopefully it will admit more than 14 in R2.
