the answer is D. why? isn't it stated in the content? isn't OG said a "infer" answer can't be found in the content? Why is C wrong.

I know it's not a hard question, some one must know about it. please help me if you can, I'm really confused about this kind of "infer" question.

ninishine, there are some kind of 'infer' answers go out directly from the content, this is one of them, it is just not that conceptual.

Thank you for answering. but why A isn't right? it  also goes out from the content. Is it because A used the word "all" then it's too extreme to be correct?
