OG-21 384页植物激素那道题

pleiotropy 怎么理解，好像和specific 相反，可是第三段又说植物的这个特性pleiotropy 和动物的这个特性pleiotropy 是analogous，接下去又说动物的hormones have spesific effects on target organs ，是hierarchy，到底怎么理解这篇文章，做错了道，不想活了。

植物和动物的pleiotropy，那里表现出analogous？For example后面说得似乎是specific，正好和pleiotropy相反。怎么页不懂。

文章的大致脉络是这样的：

第一段：提出关于植物细胞发展的问题，结论是一种chemical messenger来对特定基因产生作用。

第二段：提出五种hormones的pleiotropic特性和oligosaccharins的specific特性。

第三段：以动物为例，说明一种hierarchy。

个人认为pleiotropic、specific、hierarchy对于文章的理解很重要。

关于pleiotropic，在第二段中有提到。"that is, each has more than one effect on the growth and development of plant"

关于hierarchy，第三断中以动物和植物的比较来阐释说明。

动物：hormones from the hypothalamus in the brain stimulate pituitary gland, pituitary gland release many different hormones, the released hormones each has a specific effect on target organs

植物：5 well-known hormones stimulate enzymes, enzymes release different oligosaccharins, the released oligosaccharins are specific chemical messengers

讲的真好，又仔细琢磨了一下，彻底明白了，多效和特效通过层级联系在一起，通过oligosaccharins最后特效于某一个对象
