4. In your career, you will have to deal with many ethical issues. What are likely to be the most challenging and what is your plan for developing the competencies you will need to handle these issues effectively? (400-word limit)

这篇essay是要说以前职业经历中遇到的ethical issue，还是未来职业中(career goal)中可能会碰到的ethical issue.

从常理来看，应该是将以前职业中经历的，因为推测未来职业中的可能比较难；可是根据这篇essay的时态和提法(what are likely to be...)，又感觉象要说明将来职业中的。

有点困惑，大家给看看吧，谢谢。

I think it is asking for both -- ethical issues you think you will face in your future work. How can you make the guess? You need to deduct from the current/previous work experience.

            2）要对付之，你该做什么
