题干能不能理解成为4个国家都在1984年分别保持和1953年的出口比例？而不是四个国家总的出口比例保持不变？

Right. The problem does not talk about TOTAL share; it talks about each country's individual share. The word "total" does appear, but note that it modifies "world exports", i.e. sum of all countries' exports.

文章中不是说四个国家占全世界出口比例不变么？那么d不是就和文章意思矛盾了？怎么能选呢？

提干通过84年的export share等同于53年的推出这四个国家是stable的典范，D不是反驳了，其实这四个国家并不stable，理由是70年的fluctuation很大。

也就是说本来这道题目不复杂

84和53年都稳定==> 一直都稳定的典范，而实际上并不是这样，他们在70年不稳定

就这么简单？？？
