兄弟们，有个问题，我觉得GWD-26最后一个问题（Q9）答案应该是C！

作者根本就没标明自己最后的态度，只是说不是所有PH都通过VNO，通过VNO的也不都是PH。这就是列举了一些关于如何才能算是PH的一些考虑因素。所以应该选C！
