 删掉了一些不重要的东西，看来更容易理解。

并不能保证，通过环保经济所增加的收入会起到同样的环保作用，因为利润很容易被投入到旧的方式的不环保的产业中去。

可能你没注意到后面那个是eco------ INefficient?

那段中文还是看不懂

前半句是 不能保证经济的增长将以环保的方式出现吧？不太明白“通过环保经济所增加的收入会起到同样的环保作用”是从哪里来的？

还有就是没有明白资金投到不环保的老企业中，和前面的经济增长的环保作用有什么样的因果联系呢？

能否给个例子啊？

可能前面是说环保可以带来经济增长？

然后这句话就说，环保带来的经济增长可能并不会使全球环境得到保护？因为通过保护环境带来的经济增长可能会重新被投资到不环保的产业中去。可能还是不增长

比方说原来不环保，每年生产100元。现在有些产业环保了，有些还是不环保。就是题中说的

old-style eco-inefficient industries。

现在有50块钱环保了，50不环保.这是前面说的“通过环保带来的经济增长”。但是这新增加的50不能放着不用，一定会产生新的投资。但是新增加的50不能保证投入到环保项目中去。很可能被持有人投入回到不环保的产业中

50块钱投入环保造成了50的经济增长。现在有150了。
