请教对essay题目的理解

B. Describe a situation in which your ability to perform ethically was challenged. What was the issue, how did you handle it, and what did you learn from it?
 

C. Describe a significant leadership failure in your life. What did you learn from this failure? How has it impacted who you are today and the kind of leader you would like to be?
 
 
  B    ethical:  问题， 如何思考的，如何解决的，  学到什么
 
        是反映team,leader方面还是反映价值观方面?
 这类问题,对于选什么样的例子把握不住. 大家一定要给点建议.
 

  C   失败的leadership例子，从中学到什么.
     一定要用自己的failture吗，身边其它人的例子可以吗 ?

我觉得C. Describe a significant leadership failure in your life. What did you learn from this failure? How has it impacted who you are today and the kind of leader you would like to be?
应该讲自己的吧！ 因为题目说的是 failure in your life ,这是我的理解，也想听听其它人的建议

B是关于Ethical Dilemma.一般情况下，Good Thing = Right Thing. 但是，某些特殊情况下，你必须在do good thing和do right thing之间trade off。Ethical dilemma就产生了。比如说：你的客户送了钱给你，需要你高抬贵手一下。你收钱，那是good thing,对你有好处。 你不收钱，那才是right thing. 这样，good thing和right thing发生了冲突，ethical dilemma就产生了。
对于essay B，关键就是谈ethical dillemma的认识，最后在用what u learn from it提升一下。

C. Leadership failure不一定是要professional的，如果你作为一个登山队队长，一意孤行，导致登山失败，也是一个leadership failure。 但是,significant failure一定是对你影响深远的。你可以先确认你目前的leadership style是怎么样的，然后思考哪一部分的leadership是由以前的某个failure而改变的。

For Leaders, 我觉得不仅要Do things right, 更重要的是Do right things. 很多例子可以举，比如说个人利益和集体利益发生冲突，集体利益和社会利益发生冲突, 等等。

Fuqua有一整天的课来j教这个，分享一些课上同学的例子，仅供参考：1) the supplier is a friend, but the bid is not the best to the company, which bid should be chosen? 2) for company, whether we should keep the plant which is harmful to the environment or keep it? 3) Deliver the products which are not to the clients standard or tell the truth? ...
 

  C   失败的leadership例子，从中学到什么.
     一定要用自己的failture吗，身边其它人的例子可以吗 ?

Failure不重要，重要的是阐述你学到什么。你在以后的例子如何避免重犯错误。我觉得自己的例子更好些。
