文中比较的对象应该是又坏习惯的人中结了婚的和没有结婚的人比较吧？

d说结了婚的人会改掉坏习惯，而且不会再养成那些坏习惯，所以更健康，所以支持结论

e说的是没有坏习惯的人，不是文章讨论的范围吧？

另外b说，有坏习惯的人中，结婚的比那些没结婚的人更容易改掉坏习惯，应该是支持文章结论吧？为什么不选呢？
