median是中间数，怎么可能由1，2 共同推出？应该都推不出吧

因为median是位于50％那个位置。

而25 percent of the projects at Company Z have 4 or more employees assigned to each project.

和 35 percent of the projects at Company Z have 2 or fewer employees assigned to each project.

可以知道

0-35％           <=2

75%-100%    >=4

因此35%-75%之间都为3，所以median为3
