Both Ross and Darden are great schools, I would say. Darden has a smaller program, so there should be closer ties between class fellows, in theory... Both Darden and Ross alumni are very willing to help. Darden and Ross may have different traditions due to their different geographical locations. Darden belongs to the South, Tomas Jefferson's hometown. If you read the novel "Gone with Wind", you should know what's the tradition in the South. Ross might be different. It's in the mid-west, closer to Detroit where the industry used to be so presperous. for now, the economy in Detroit appears sluggish...Virginia seems to have a better climate...anyway, Ross and Darden both are very good...but I love Charlottesville more than Ann Arbor... |
