b/c the unit price of oil is higher than before, even though the machine uses less amount of oil than did the old machine, its total oil cost will still be quite high.

最后一句话,说的是安装好以后, 工厂将付出2年后实际节省的钱给HOTCO公司,油价单价上升,由于HOTCO公司的高效机器节省的油多,节省的油多,由于油价高了, 节省的钱也多了, 那么HOTCO公司将得到工厂给他的更多的钱. 我的理解对吗?

Not true, they will save certain amount of oil, but since the unit price is high, they will end up saving not too much money. Hence, HOTCO公司 will get less money in terms of saving as a result .

如果新油炉使用的油料额成本上升，那么作为减数，减数增加，余数减少

因为被减数是恒定的，是两年前既成事实的数字。
