加强和削弱题最最重要的是找到结论，找到找不到论据其实对解题都没有大的关系；本题的结论就是20年不够；要加强它找一个为什么不够的理由就可以了，不论是提供了一个新的理由还是跟补充原来论据，只要有利于结论就可以了。

答案是B，二十年有一半时间在作临床，另一半才开始市场推广。（当然不够了，至少应延长10年把临床的部分补回来才合理）
