请教逻辑题目的思路

是一道简单的假设题目, 但是我很想有一个正确的思路. 请问你们是如何分析这题的逻辑结构而推出正确答案呢?

题目说,

装备雷达的私人飞机和商业航线的飞机允许在中心的机场,而大多数的私人飞机被迫去其它地方降落。

这样的调整使得空中的事故降低了

总结一下:有雷达的飞机在中心机场降落,没雷达的一边去,而且这样一来事故少了

可见大多数的私人飞机是没有雷达的。因此都被赶走了,从而降低了事故风险。

因此选C
