you can draw a diagram;

A small circle is representing the group of Asthma, and a much larger for the group of hey fever[according to fact 1: Asthma is much less common than hey fever]. the overlapped in between them represents those who suffer both.Then yoou can tell  the answer from reading the diagram.

For example, Asthma is 100, while hey fever is 1000. Then since over 95% of Asthma is suffering both, which is 95, the percentage of people suffering hey fever and asthma will be 95/1000. Isn't it true that it is less than 95%, which is stated in E?

Think about it, and you can make it.
