因为过几天就要考了，实在想不出这个topic有什么好的反驳点，所以想nn们请教一下

Discuss how well reasoned . . . etc.

偶简单提一下偶的看法。供参考。

1. 可以提高manager的工作效率，但对员工没有明显的工作效率提升；

2. 不能提高员我士气；

3. 没明明显证据表明将降低行政费用；

4. 别人的成功经验并不一定适用。

看到题目的时候不懂它问的respone是想让我们写什么。

Gratiuitous assumption: the author's proposed solution to the problem is based on an unearned assumption that the decline in morale and productivity, as well as the increase in administrative cost, is caused by inefficiency in performance appraisal and feedback. Without examining and eliminating other potential causes.....

 Even if the author had provided supporting evidence to establish the above assumption, the effectiveness of the proposed solution is still doubful because the author made another assumption: that the inefficiency in performance appraisal and feed back was largely, caused by the managers...

 Yet another assumption the author made is that the new software package saves more than it costs...

2. Insufficient sample: the author quoted the positive feedback from another company to.... However, one general example is not logcially sufficient enough to establish a conclusion, unless it can prove representitive of all such cases....

 (insufficent survey data The author did not provide such informatoin as when, how, and for how long the software package has been used by CoutnerBalance...

Therefore, we cannot derive that the software will be generally successful in any firm other than CounterBalance.

3. All things equal: even if the author can establish that the software package is generally effective in most firms, it does not necessarily mean that if can fit the speific need of HomeStyle.....
