Read JJ before the test

The test time of iBT is almost at the same time, for eg, ets sets up 8am in Tokyo on Jun 10 and 7pm in Toronto of Canada on Jun 9.  Is it still possible to read the JJ before the test?  I'm quite confused about this. How can we get the jj in advance?

I believe some guru can give me some instruction.
