做题的时候碰到的，nonzero digits到底是什么意思呢？？以前也有人问过，但是没有人回答上。

It means digits that are not zero.  For example:

0.01, 0.001 and 0.00010 all have 1 non-zero digit.

0.101 and 11000 both have 2 non-zero digits.
