这个题目我觉得有些瑕疵啊！文章说反对党在首都的示威游行开始的参与很踊跃，后来就decline了，但其实还是有很多人支持反对党的，

问为什么？

C是答案，意思是说不都之外的人没有渠道知道首都的游行还在继续。这里是不是有个隐含的条件：不知道就不会去参加游行。但其实还是支持反对党的。

可是，这怎么解释“attendance has declined” ？这是发生在城里的事情啊！
