B is correct b/c it assumes that if the economy becomes bad in the future, some of the 25% Vargonian children who are paying substantial fees to private school will have to switch to the public school. Given that the ratio of student-teacher cann't be exceeded, more teachers will be needed. Hence, B is correct.

C is not right b/c it doesn't predict the future. In fact, if you really want to have any prediction, I believe that it even weaken the argument. For, if history repeats itself, more teacher's jobs would be cut in the future.

C indeed does not contribute this point. B is correct after carefully reading.

Q29, biological activity can be only one of a hundred factors that can affect the amount of salt deposited. Hence E cann't be an assumption.

 A doesn't seem right either, a good assumption should be like this: The quantities of dissolved salts deposited by rivers in the Earth’s oceans each year have  been constant during the past hundred years.

I have to run right now. Hopefully I will continue after I come back.

I just came back.

After reading a little more, I found out that I mis-read it. It is using the past 100 years as a basis to predict the number of centuries. A should be right if we are to predict the max. age.
