I wonder why the answer is D,do not understand the meaning.Hope someone could help me.

这题要注意看选项里的那几个时间.原文说的是最不可能被audit的是从1985年来的且没有mistake记录在案的.

D的时间是定在1984年.ABCE那几个都有可能落在since 1985里面并且还没有mistake(也就是最没可能的那些).

我倾向选D
