选C，trainee的工资是接近最小工资的，那么，提高最小工资必然影响着部分人的工资，又因为trained workers的工资要高于trainee的工资，所以他们的工资也要受影响。因此削弱结论。

我看到B时是这样想的：1、some不好，如果改为most我就选它。2、修改法律前这些公司就在违反法规，那么修改后不能保证这些公司不违反新法规。所以排除了B。

但答案是B，我现在还没想通。

我觉得C 有道理啊,提高最低工资之后,trainees和trained workers的工资就都提高了，原文的结论说可以negligible就被削弱了阿

应该是C,C的妙处就在与打头的many啊,直接削弱题目的论据only a very small proportion啊。
