答案是E,可是怎么觉得D也对呢？E对是不是说涨了福利孩子们就不给钱了？那样的话，并不代表老人们的日子不会好过以前刚刚到的comfortable living呀。D感觉是说特别特别穷的人数多了，那涨钱当然好了？看糊涂了。请大家帮忙看一下。

楼主注意看原文说的是"养老金涨了,可是那些老人并没有比以前好过, 因为.....".

D老人增多了,养老金涨了.它不能解释为啥并没有比以前好过.养老金涨了,它是对每个老人的,并不是说由于老人多了,每个人分的就少了.不是这样的.

E是可以解释的.E说了以个事实:"在R, 除了养老金,都是由老人的孩子们供养的其余部分的."就是说养老金涨了,

可是还是不够,剩下的还是由老人的小孩伏单的.可能只是小孩拿的那部份变少了而以.所以老人们每个月或得的钱的总数没变,那他们的生活就和以前一样.
