第一个reistriction 是呼应第一句话 The fewer restrictions there are on the advertising of legal services。such as 后面是给出一个例子--整句的意思如果政府取消当前限制的任意一项，比如取消限制不明确标价的广告。

A 选项是说如果不需要在广告里面明确标价（正好呼应题干里such as后面那句），一些律师就会满天要价。
