27题A是最好的答案。C绝对错。文章只提到妇女们resolve 这个issue的approach，那就是抗议，boycott，并没有提到其他的different apporoaches。socialist的作法根本不是apporach to resolve这个issue，而只是要利用这个issue达到所谓的政治目的。但是问章多处提到这两个群体对待这个issue的不同观点：
 

some Socialists did view price protests as a direct step toward socialism, 

most Socialists ultimately sought to divert  the cost-of-living movement into alternative channels of protest。
    

For others, cost-of-living or oganiz-ing was valuable 。。。。it moved United States societyone step closer to socialism

New York’s Socialists saw the cost-of-living issue as secondary or tertiary to the real task at hand

the boycotters, by sharp contrast, joined the price protest movement out of an urgent and deeply felt commitment to the cost-of-living issue.

这些都是不同的人对这个事件的不同views，且多次出现对比词：some，most，for others，by sharp contrast。所以A是绝对正确的
