其实这题偶是选的C,感觉前面就是一个独立主格结构阿

A law passed in 1933 (that made it a crime punishable by imprisonment for a United States citizen holding  gold in the form of bullion or coins), immigrants found that on arrival in the United States they had to surrender all of the gold they had brought with them.

但是感觉那个holding不爽,但是for sb doing sth还算说的过去阿

因为实在讨厌D的结构,所以选的C

我也讨厌逻辑的假设题，一般如果出现数据比较得出的结论，假设的时候一般会时这些数据的起始是相同的。

如果是一个推理，求推理的假设，一般要注意哪个地方逻辑上有漏洞，需要有隐含条件才行。。。

感觉还是很别扭

没有说because of讨厌的这种说法吧，because of的用法是加名词，并且对名词的要求是非动作性的名词。。。

for sb. doing sth.这个用法如果我没记错，gmat里面基本没有这样的用法。

另外如果是独立主格结构，一般是放到句子后面吧(不确定)，另外独立主格和主语要构成一定的逻辑关系。

我想在这里问问大家HALF OF IT （A,C）选项中，是不是没有指代的对象 或者只能指代UTAH

因为75% POPULATION 是个复数的概念。

我看不明白为什么前面要用have been moving to Utah 的现在完成进行时.

但是每个选项都是的

half of it中it应该是指代the population

have been moving大概是为了表示到现在还是有人不断的搬去Utah...
