四大如何申请MBA

各位牛人前辈们，I have a dream, that one day 我可以去美国top 10的MBA,现在我把目标定在三年之后，我知道为了达到这个目标，3年内需要做很多事情，为了少走弯路，请各位Cow Boy Guide me through.

我现在的基本情况

教育: 英国top10本科计算机专业毕业，成绩2:1

        英国精算专业Post graduate Diploma, 考过5门精算师考试

职业: 四大伦敦，审计部门。

MBA 目标：三年后可以进入HBS, Wharton, NYU, CBS等top bschool

职业目标: I-bank Associate in IBD, Associate in Management Consulting, Private Equity etc

三年后的基本情况(理想状况下)：Qualified as ACA (Associate of Chartered Accountant in England and Wales) which is the highest recognised accounting qualification in the world superior to ACCA.

我现在正在打算准备考CFA,如果理想的话3年后应该可以过Level 2

我想问各位Cowboys, 以我的情况，如果3年后要去申请top Bschool的话，这三年内需要做其他哪些准备。

大家有没有碰到过Big 4 去Top Bschool的Cowboys

个人觉得你职业目标不是会计的话不要考什么ACA或者ACCA之类的了。你的职业目标没一个用这个的。好好工作，多多积累经验和体会，早点准备essay。

Big 4去TOP的很多啊。如果以后做Equity Research, 把CPA related的基础打扎实，也是很有帮助的。关键是时间分配的问题了。

说说我知道的cfa，我认为cfa不需要3年才能过2级，好好花时间，2年之内可以过1和2（因为1级每年可以两次考试）

Your work experiences weigh more than the professional certificates u mentioned above. I have a classmate, also from mainland, who worked in one of the big fours for more than 5.5 years. He is only a CICPA. But his professional experiences were impressive, including much leadership experiences for big engagements, such as large IPOs and audit for listed companies.

So focus more on your professional development rather than on the professional qualifications.
