I know cincinnati. I lived there for 1.5 year (2000-2002, I worked for Ohio Department of Transportation during that time and had close connection to Chinese community in Cincinnati)and know lots of Chinese students in the program you mentioned.
The program is called quantitative analysis. It is actually a statistics program. Chinese in this program usually go to credit analysis, statistical modeling department in commercial banking, pharmaceutical, or marketing research companies.
I know 2 are in HSBC chicago office, one in JP Morgan & Chase, one in Fidelity, two in Amgen, 2 in Lexis Nexis, and 1 in Yahoo.   lease be advised that those positions are not in IB. If you goal is IBD, just forget about it. The training there is not for investment banking.
If you just want to find a job in US, this program is pretty good (low cost and good job placement). If you are abmitious, then don't go there.
Life in Cincinnati is boring. It is a slow pace city with 45% black people. Surburb area is beautiful but overall life quality is just so so.
