How to get to INSEAD Singapore

Changi airport is only about 20 minutes from INSEAD, Singapore. We then suggest you take a taxi to the campus.

By Taxi

Taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap in Singapore. A taxi from Changi Airport to INSEAD will take approx. 30 mins and cost approximately 20S$. A taxi from the Central Business District (CBD) or Orchard Road area will take approximately 20 mins and cost about 10S$. Most taxi drivers know Ayer Rajah Avenue, but some refer to it as Ayer Rajah Crescent (the two roads are connected).

By MRT

The nearest underground/subway station is Buona Vista. The station is just 10 to 15 mins walk from the campus or a 3 to 5 minutes ride to the campus by bus from across the station.

By bus

Public buses come rather frequently - from less than 10 minutes to 15 minutes and you can take different service numbers if you miss the previous ones. Service numbers to take are 92, 95, 198 and 200. Free bus shuttles run from Mon-Fri at 15 minute intervals, in the mornings from 7.40am to 8.40am and afternoons from 5.35pm to 7.05pm. Pick-up and drop-off points are at Buona Vista MRT station.

介绍一下昨天晚上参加Insead information session的情况吧

这个活动是7：00开始，我和另外两位兄弟不到6：00就到了，结果人家还没准备好呢，接待的MM说没想到你们来这么早，一位兄弟就说咱怕错过了提供的晚餐（其实是点心），被告知晚餐也还没好呢，只好坐下来傻等。

活动准时7：00开始，首先是Dean通过视频从法国致辞，然后是工作人员介绍Insead，大概情况是Insead每年有2次入学（7月和1月），总招生人数800左右，学生可以在法国校区、新加坡校区及一个交换学校学习，学生来自70多个国家，来自每一个单个国家的学生人数不超过12％，男女比例81:19（惨），学费45，000欧。每个毕业的学生平均掌握3.2门语言，语言是我永远的心痛啊，一门英语就搞残我了。

然后是上一堂全面参与的课，现场气氛很热烈，老师很牛，可以想象平常上课的样子。具体不表。

然后是career service的人简短介绍关于Insead毕业后的情况、校友网络等，没有什么亮点。介绍材料称50％多的人是通过career service找到工作的。

然后是current student介绍，7个人来自7个国家，女生做小泰妹打扮，男生做蓝领工人打扮，学生嘛，不过这帮家伙上班后也肯定是西装领带一副正派模样。我个人觉得这帮学生挺牛的，每个人都有独特的背景，其中有人10年finance背景，有人之前就是COO。

然后是cocktail & networking，大概混了混就走人了。同行的兄弟有人很有兴趣，而我则对一门心思奔ck和ceibs产生一丝怀疑，心里暗想Insead如果录取我的话我去不去呢?

It's my fault. There was no dinner provided, so it caused you hunger. Hehe...

INSEAD is a nice Bschool, if you have:strong diverse work experiences;perfect GMAT score around 700 (Verb and Math both above 70% are preferred); to present potential management/leadership (your essay and interview ---> Oral / Listen English skills); the final one is strong teamwork. APPLY IT!
