老是搞不清楚 initiative and creativity 的区别。。觉得都是创新精神。。
可是看来还是不太一样。。哪位能告诉我它们的区别？

some thoughts on the topic:
Initiative means that one does somethings new without by forcing or driving to do so; it emphsizes one's strong motivation.
Creativity means the power for one to come up with new products, technologies, ideas, etc. ; it weights much on the ability to create somethings brand-new.

If you do any thing while no other does so, initiative.  It is associated with motivation.

If u sth that no one esle ever thinks of it. creativative.  It is associated with intelligence.
