1 inside sales/purchase  是内部买卖的意思：可能有两个理解：（1）所有的交易都局限在内部，交易者都是公司内部人员，因此无论是买还是卖，买卖的股票都是在公司自己任的手里的。（2）inside sale是公司里的人将公司的股票卖出，可能卖给公司外的人，也可能卖给其他公司里的人。同理， inside purchase  是公司里的人将公司的股票买入，可能从公司外的人手里买，也可能从公司里的人手里买。

2 这个2：1的比例是不是应该在相对相同的时间发生，才可以说将来price会上升。

即卖和买的比例低于2：1时，股票价格就会上升。

现在the corporation’s officers and directors have bought up to nine times as much of it as they have sold.也就是说 卖和买是1：9，不是远远低于2：1吗，所以价格就上升了。

是啊，应该是发生在同一时刻啊。这个，不用股票也可以想通啊，就把股票当一样东西，根据供求关系买的人多，卖的人少价格自然就升上去了。不用具备基本的股票常识吧。

可能使我想的太复杂了，先这么理解吧，因为看到题干说他们买的是9，卖的是1。这些操作又是同一伙人干的。所以就觉得这9和1发生的不是同一时间。结果就引发了我上述的一大堆问题。不过先这么记吧，不能总在一道题上耽误那么多时间！
