解释不明白. 我觉得C: fuel贵的时候safest seat比fuel便宜的时候卖的还好,说明了price 不是priority,而safety显得更加重要了. 是加强结论. 但为什么OG解释说 indicates that minimizing fuel costs remains a priority?? 还说在safety问题上是neutral的呢??
