文章说的是因为是out－of－town的联合企业管理的报纸，所以报纸B就不关心town的声音

削弱说：其实B报纸的编辑人员都是本地人，并且生活了10年以上

我觉得只是削弱作者的论证方法就可以了
作者用Daily Clarion和Daily Bugle之间的不同即Daily Bugle是外乡人办的, 论证本地人办报纸好. 那我们narrow这个不同点就可以了,即说Daily Bugle在本地呆多了,也和本地人差不多了,那不就是weaken了么.
